整合素生物学功能的研究进展

摘要: 整合素是细胞黏附的跨膜蛋白,主要参与细胞和细胞外基质的结合反应。整合素将细胞外基质同细胞内的骨架网络连成一个整体,这就是整合素所起的细胞黏着作用,而且整合素将细胞外的信号传递到细胞内,反之亦然。作者对整合素的结构和功能、细胞黏附、信号转导的最新研究进展等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Integrins are transmembrane cell-adhesion molecules ,mainly involved cell adhere to the extracellar matrix(ECM) raction.To make ECM and the intracellular cytoskeleton network together into a whole,this is the cell adhesion action of integrin. Integrins are transmembrane cell-adhesion molecules that carry signals from the outside to the inside of the cell and vice versa.This review, focus on the structure and function of integrin,cell adhesion,signaling transduction and so on.
