摘要: 胺苯醇类是一类应用广泛的抗生素,它在食品中的残留会影响食品的安全。笔者综述了胺苯醇类在动物源性食品中残留的主要检测方法,并展望了其发展方向。

Abstract: Amphemicols is a kind of widely used antibiotics, and the residues in food may influence on the food security. In this paper, the main analytical methods for amphemicols in animal-derived foods were summarized, and the development trend was forecasted.
