天蚕素类抗菌肽的抗菌性能测定及其性质研究

摘要:

本试验通过检测天蚕素类抗菌肽的抗菌性能及各项抗菌性质,探究其对常见致病菌的
抑制和杀灭作用。通过对抗菌肽抗菌性能及热稳定性的测定,结果表明,天蚕素类抗菌肽对于大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制效果,三者的最小抑菌浓度分别为4500、3500、3500 μg /mL,此外,该产品耐热性和耐酸性效果较佳,在100 ℃水浴15 min后或pH为1时仍表现出对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗性。

Abstract:

This paper was supposed to study the effects on inhibiting and killing
common pathogenic bacteria of cecropin product by determining its antibacterial
and antibiosis properties. The results indicated that this product had inhibito
ry effects on Escherichiacoli, Salmonelladerby, Stapylococcusaureur, and their m
inimal inhibitory concentrations were respectively 4500,3500,3500 μg/mL; add
itionally, it presented excellent heat resistance and acid resistance. Therefore
, 3500 μg/mL in diets of experimental animal was recommended.
