原位杂交技术检测蒙古绵羊胎儿β-防御素的表达

摘要: 通过地高辛标记的原位杂交方法来检测β-防御素(sBD-2) mRNA在蒙古绵羊胎儿体内的表达。取4月龄的蒙古绵羊胎儿的肺、胃、肠、子宫、舌、心脏各1 cm3来做原位杂交。结果表明,sBD-2 mRNA在蒙古绵羊胎儿的肺、胃、肠、子宫、舌、心脏为代表的呼吸系统、消化系统、 吸收系统、生殖系统、肌组织中均有分布。因此,sBD-2作为一种广谱高效抗菌肽,广泛分布于胎儿体内。

Abstract: Detected the expression of the mRNA of β-defensins (SBD-2) in the foetal Mongolia sheep by in situ hybridization which labeled with digoxin.Took the lung, stomach, intestine, uterus, tongue, heart from the 4-month-old foetal Mongolia sheep to do the situ hybridization. Results: sBD-2 mRNA distributes in lung, stomach, intestine, uterus, tongue, heart which are representative of the respiratory system, digestive system ,absorption system ,reproductive system and muscle tissue of the foetal Mongolia sheep.Indicated that sBD-2 distributed widely in the fetal body as an effective and broad-spectrum antibacterial peptide.
