丁香油微囊的制备与测定方法的建立

摘要: 以明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊材,丁香油为芯材,采用复合凝聚法制备丁香油微囊,探讨微囊制备过程中主要影响因素及适宜工艺条件并建立了测定方法。结果表明,丁香油微囊平均粒径为16 μm,包封率为82.4%,符合药典要求,所建立的丁香酚紫外分光光度测定法,方法简单易行。在1~10 μg/ml浓度范围内,标准曲线方程为:A=0.0171C+0.0014 (r=0.9994),即在该浓度范围内平均回收率为98. 70%,稳定性好,可用于丁香油微囊中丁香酚的测定。

Abstract: In this thesis, we studied the preparation of clove oil microcapsule by complex coacervation procedure using gelatin and gum arabic were used as wall material and clove oil for the core material, respectively. And the aim of the studies was mainly to approach the main effecting factors and suitable process. And the method of mensurating content of Eugenol was established. The results showed that the average particle size of clove oil microcapsule is 16 μm and it coating efficiency is 82.4%.Method of UV-vis spectrophotometry was established to determine content of Eugenol in the clove oil microcapsule. The standard curve equation is A=0.0171C +0.0014 (r=0.9994) in the concentration range of 1mg/ml to 10 μg/ml with its recovery rate of 98. 70%, and the method was extremely steady. Method of UVvis spectrophotometry established could be used to determine Eugenol in the clove oil microcapsule.
