摘要: 以16S rRNA为靶序列的寡核苷酸探针荧光原位杂交技术(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)已广泛应用于分析环境中复杂的微生物群落构成。作者简要介绍了荧光原位杂交技术的原理和操作方法,对其在动物肠道中微生物鉴定和计数上的应用进行了概述,最后探讨了FISH技术的局限性及其应用前景。

Abstract: Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) has been widely applied in analyzing the complex compositions of microbial community. This paper introduced the mechanism of fluorescence in situ hybridization technology and its application in quantification of intestinal microbe.
