摘要: 作者主要介绍了骨形态发生蛋白15的结构、功能与调控;骨形态发生蛋白15基因的结构、染色体定位,并讨论了该基因与哺乳动物繁殖性能的关系。

Abstract: In this review, the structure, function and regulation of bone morphogenetic protein 15 (BMP15) were introduced. The structure and chromosome mapping of BMP15 gene were introduced. The relationships between BMP15 gene and reproductive performance were also discussed in mammals.
