摩本杂F1奶水牛繁殖性能研究

Study on Fertility Performance of Murrah × Local Buffal(F1)

摘要： 通过对昆明小哨全放牧条件下饲养的37头摩本杂F1育成母水牛繁殖行为及性能进行研究，结果证明：初情期表现于体重在等于或大于240 kg、年龄1.5岁左右时；初配月龄24月龄，体重300 kg，第一情期受胎率平均25.3%，随月龄的增长受胎率增加。发情周期为20.9±2.7 d,发情持续时间为2.5±1.3 d；妊娠期为311.5±11.8 d。

Abstract: This paper were introduced the study on fertility performance and behave of 37 Murrah cross local buffalo (F1) under 24-hour-grazing system at Xiaoshao, Kunming. The results showed that the first estrus at age of 18 months and live weight (LW) 24 kg; First AI at age 24 m and LW300 kg，Average conception rate (ACR) was 25.3% at first estrus，as the age increase the ACR increase as well. The period of estrus recycle was 20.9±2.7 d,estrus duration was 2.5±1.3 d; gestation were 311.5±11.8 d.
