Abstract: This research mainly studied the effects of molasses,Lactobacillus plantarum and formic acid on the fermentation quality of corn stover silages. Control, molasses treatment,Lactobacillus plantarum treatment and formic acid treatment were arranged.Analysis was performed on the 1,3,7,15,30 and 60 d respectively. The results indicated that in contrast with control group, the three additive treatments increased the final pH value,DM content and ration between lactic acid and acetic acid, but the DM digestion rate was not improved.
