Abstract

Abstract: Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2) is the smallest animal virus and it is not only the cause of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS), but also involve with several diseases which just as porcine dermatitis nephropathy syndrome (PDNS),congenital thrill(CT)and porcine hyperplasia putrescence pneumonia(PHPP). PCV-2 caused huge effects on world pig industry.This article from the immunology,the molecular biology aspect summarized the current domestic and foreign PCV-2 commonly used each kind of diagnosis method research progress,will be advantageous for our next research.
