Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization and its Applications in Quantification of Intestinal Microbe

Abstract: Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) has been widely applied in analyzing the complex compositions of microbial community. This paper introduced the mechanism of fluorescence in situ hybridization technology and its application in quantification of intestinal microbe.
