Abstract: To explore the infection of PCV2 in Yunnan province,2974 blood samples were collected from pig which had not been inoculated with PCV2 vaccine in parts of Yunnan province from 2006 to 2010, then serology detection was performed though indirect ELISA. PCV2 total serpositive rate in 5 years which we were detected was 42.04%, and basically, increasing year by year. Compared with the commercial pigs, breeding pigs in the PCV2 positive rate was relatively high. The results showed that infection of PCV2 was severely in pig farms of Yunnan province.
