猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌四川株的分离鉴定及药物敏感性试验

Abstract

Abstract: 1 strain Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP) serotype 1 G^- coccobacillus,which with high virulence,was isolated from samples of sick pigs suspected pleuropneumonia infection collected from a pig farm in Sichuan province,and was identified through the bacterial colony,bacteria morphological observation,biochemistry reaction,PCR identification,serological test,pathogenicity test,and drug susceptibility test. The drug susceptibility test results showed that the APP Sichuan isolates were resistance to tetracycline,trimethoprim and Streptomycin,Gentamicin,Kanamycin,Amikacin,etc. Aminoglycosides,but sensitive to chloramphenicol,Ampicilllin,Amoxicillin,Carbenicillin,and some quinolones drugs used in this study.
