微量元素锌及不同锌源在畜禽营养上的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Zinc was one of the most important trace elements in animal body，it had important functions on the promotion of animal growth and immune function，maintenance of healthy skin.The paper summarized the biological function of zinc，the factors affected the body’s absorption of zinc and the research progress on different sources （inorganic zinc and organic zinc） of zinc in animal nutrition in recent years.It provided a theoretical basis for the zinc in the efficient and rational use in livestock food.
