银黄止咳颗粒体外抑菌和抗炎作用的试验研究

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the study was to prove whether or not Yinhuang Zhike granules had effect on the antibacterial activity in vitro and anti-inflammatory abilities. The antibacterial activity in vitro was carried out by broth two-fold agar dilution method, animal model of early inflammatory was induced by injection with 0.6% acetic acid, the peritoneal fluid was collected to detect D_{590 nm}. The results showed that MIC of Yinhuang Zhike granules to Escherichia coli，Staphylococcus aureus，Pseudomonas aeruginosa，Streptococcus pneumoniae were 7.8，7.8，3.9，125 mg/mL, while MBC were 15.6，15.6，7.8，250 mg/mL, respectively. 30，16，8 g/kg Yinhuang Zhike granules all had obvious inhibition effects on increasement of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid.
