Abstract: The aim of the study was to prove whether or not Yinhuang Zhike granules had effect on the antibacterial activity in vitro and anti-inflammatory abilities. The antibacterial activity in vitro was carried out by broth two-fold agar dilution method, animal model of early inflammatory was induced by injection with 0.6% acetic acid, the peritoneal fluid was collected to detect D590 nm. The results showed that MIC of Yinhuang Zhike granules to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Streptococcus pneumoniae were 7.8,7.8,3.9,125 mg/mL, while MBC were 15.6,15.6,7.8,250 mg/mL, respectively. 30,16,8 g/kg Yinhuang Zhike granules all had obvious inhibition effects on increasement of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid.
