Abstract: One pathogen was isolated from the liver of the infected pig. The pathogen was identified as multi-resistant Proteus mirabilis by gram staining, microscopy, biochemical, antibiotic resistance tests and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis. The genetic evolution analysis of 16S rRNA of isolated strain and 9 other strains Proteus mirabilis isolated from different sources proved that the genetic relationship of Proteus mirabilis isolated from different sources was very close in terms of genetic evolution. The swarming motility analysis showed that isolated strain in containing 0.5% or 1.0% agar powder solid medium didn't appeared annular wave motility, and in containing 1.5% and 2.0% agar powder solid medium appeared annular wave motility.
