瘤胃上皮机械屏障的评定方法

Abstract

Abstract: Rumen epithelium is the major site for the rumen microorganism adhering and growing，nutrient absorption，transport and metabolism.In addition，it acts as a physical barrier between rumen environment and blood circulation system.Therefore，maintaining integrity of structure and function of rumen epithelium is very important for healthy and production performance of ruminant.This paper reviewed the basic structures and cautions of circulating Ussing chamber system，and evaluating methods on rumen epithelial mechanical barrier function in ruminant，which aims to provide references for maintaining rumen epithelial barrier function.
