Molecular Breeding Approaches of Improving Meat Quality in Pig

Abstract: Molecular breeding approaches in pig could improve meat quality. This article mainly summarized the index of pig meat quality, contents and characteristics of molecular breeding approaches, research progress of molecular breeding in pig meat quality, existing problems and the prospects.
