动物细胞悬浮培养技术研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Cell suspension culture is a key process technology in biological production by large-scale animal cell culture in the bioreactor, this technology becomes the mainstream mode in global biological production process today. The development of microcarrier, the basic principles and application status of bioreactors, existing problems of suspension culture, the challenges and prospects of suspension culture in China are reviewed in the article.
