Abstract: The growth curves of the embryo weight and the embryo length of Magang geese were analyzed and fitted with three kinds of nonlinear models (Logistic, Gompertz and von Bertalanffy). The results showed that the growth curves were appropriately fitted with three models, the indices of fitness(R2) of the three models were up to 0.99 above, but the von Bertalanffy model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curve of the embryo weight (R2=0.995), and the Gompertz model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of the embryo length (R2=1.000). This paper would provide references to understand the embryo growth laws of Magang geese.
