Overview onVirulence Factors of Campylobacter jejuni

Abstract

Abstract: Campylobacter jejuni is the principal zoonotic pathogen of global concern and widely perceived as an increasing serious public health problem. Campylobacter jejuni may cause many diseases in animal and human,but the structure of antigen and the exact pathogenesis are still not clear. This paper reviewes the possible pathogenesis-associated factors and disease-mediating mechanisms,which provides a basis for epidemiologic investigation and prevention of Campylobacter jejuni.
