Abstract: The 3-days-old healthy Jinding ducklings were infected artificially with duck hepatitis virus type Ⅰ in this experiment. At 48 hours after inoculation,9 serum biochemical indexes were measured, including the GLU,ALT,AST,and so on. The results showed that the content of ALT increased extremely significantly (P<0.01) and the content of BUN increased significantly (P<0.05),compared with the control group, the content of GLU and IgG were lower, but not significant (P>0.05), the content of AST, TG,UA,IgA and IgM were higher a little (P>0.05). The results revealed that after the viral hepatitis infected Jinding ducklings, the liver and kidney received the varying degree damage.
