Abstract: To observe the influence of Chinese medicine Qingongsan on the T,B lymphocyte of spleen and peripheral blood in mice, the flow cytometry method were adopted to determine the percentage of CD3+〖KG-*2〗, CD8+,CD4+ and CD19+ lymphocytes and CD4 +/CD8 + value. Chinese medicine Qingongsan signifcantly enhanced the percentage of CD3+, CD4+ and CD19+ lymphocytes and CD4 +/CD8 + value in peripheral blood and recovered the percentage of CD3+,CD3+CD8+and CD19+ lymphocytes in mice inhibited by cyclosporin. The results showed that Chinese medicine Qingongsan can significantly enhance the immune function and recover the immune function in mice inhibited by cyclosinfluence.
