Abstract: The resistance Escherichia coli isolates from 92 diarrheic pig rectal swab samples were analyzed to 17 antibacterial agents for the rational using principle. Total of 92 diarrheic pig rectal swab samples were collected to isolate and identify Escherichia coli.Then all isolates were tested for susceptibility to 17 antimicrobial agents by the broth microdilution method. 92 Escherichia coli isolates recovered from diarrheic pigs were identified. And their resistant ratio were orderd as sulfamethoxazole(100%),trimethoprim(100%), kanamycin(89%),gentamicin(80%), chloramphenicol(78%), streptomycin(76%),neomycin(76%), tetracycline(73%), spectinomycin(72%), enrofloxacin(66%), ampicillin(50%), amikacin(45%), florfenicol(32%), apramycin(27%), rifampicin(23%), cefazolin(22%), ceftiofur(0%). All isolates were multiple resistant isolates and 81 types of resistant spectrum were presented in 92 Escherichia coli isolates. These Escherichia coli isolates were resistant against 14 antibacterial agents at most, and 3 antibacterial agents at least. Therefore wide resistant spectrum and high resistant ratio were presented in the 92 diarrheic pig Escherichia coli isolates.
