Progress of the Detection of Amphemicols Residues in Animal-derived Foods

Abstract: Amphemicols is a kind of widely used antibiotics, and the residues in food may influence on the food security. In this paper, the main analytical methods for amphemicols in animal-derived foods were summarized, and the development trend was forecasted.
