Abstract: Monitor the type of infected parasite and the number of eggs in feces in the Wenchang chicken eco-stocking process with egg floating law and McMaster’s egg counting method. In the process the serious infected parasite are the chicken roundworm and some kind of nematode. After 35 days later the EPG reached 700 and growth significant with natural ecological conditions of release. Killed 30 chickens at random and checked 18 chickens were infected with roundworm. The infection rate was 60 percent and the average intensity of infection was 8 worms every one. So recommend that the better insecticide-frequency was 3~4 times during the process. The first insecticide time was during 25~30 days after stocking.
