Abstract: Swine influenza which is induced by swine influenza virus is an infections disease of pigs. Swine influenza occurring widely all over the country resulted in enormous economic loss of culturists. Swine influenza virus belongs to influenza A virus of Orthomyxoviridae. The proteins of the swine influenza virus which includes hemagglutinin(HA), neuraminidase(NA), nucleocapsid protein(NP), matrix protein(M), pclymerase protein(PA, PB1, PB2), non-structural protein(NS) are briefly summarized in this article. It is hoped to offer reference in the research of epidemiology, diagnosis, molecule epidemiology of swine influenza virus.
