Abstract

Abstract: Bicinchonininc acid can be used for precisionly quantitative protein.Purified FMDV 146 S antigen with discontinuous gradient sucrose by centrifugation. BCA reagent quantitative 0~200 μg albumin and purified antigen. UV spectrophotometer reading results with 560 nm wavelength. Albumin test results were analyzed using SPSS software,linear analysis and regression analysis were all notable. Calculate the regression equation, Draw a standard curve between protein content and the OD value. Put the data of purified antigen into the regression equation ,to calculate the antigen content.
