Abstract: Changes of levels of IL-2， IL-6 and TNF-α in sera of mice were observed after the mice were treated with different doses Se of 0.025 mg/kg， 0.05 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg respectively. Results were as follows. Se had functions to decrease the level of IL-2 in a dose dependent manner and lower the level of TNF-α significantly， and on the contrary the level of IL-6 significantly. The results showed that Se can enhance immune functions and adjust the levels of Cytokines in mice.
