Prepapation of Bovine Thrombin and External Haemostat for Animal

Abstract: To provide external haemostat for animal, prothrombin,Fxa,FV,phosphate lipid and Ca2+were used to make thrombin through orthogonal experiment designment and eventually thrombin was made into external haemostat according to demanding of veterinary clinic .We can draw the conclusion that the external haemostat made in this test is fit for animal external use in clinic,and is much more advance than other coagulant.
