Abstract: Twenty-five blood biochemistry parameters of three Chinese miniature pig breeds, Wuzhishan pig inbreeding line, Guizhou miniature pig closed colony and Guangxi Bama miniature pig closed colony, have been investigated with the automatic biochemical analytic instrument. The results showed that there were only one parameters without significant difference among three breeds, seven parameters were highly significant difference between any two breeds. The average coefficients of variation in all parameters were0.18, 0.21 and 0.17 for these three pig breeds respectively. Through out the comparison among three pig breeds and between them and the human reference value, Gttingen minipig, domestic pig and exotic Landrace pig, the important information were provided for the miniature pig utilized on the human medical study.
