Preparation and Properties Analysis of Three β2-agonists Fluorescent Immunochromatographic Strip

Abstract:

This study was aimed to prepare excellent fluorescence immunochromatographic strip for clenbuterol (CLB),ractopamine (RAC) and salbutamol (SAL),which could achieve the purpose of rapid and quantitative detection and laid a foundation for its industrialization. The properties of this strip including detection rage, detection limit, accuracy, degree of precision, false positive, false negative and coincidence with instrument method were investigated. The standard curve range of CLB, RAC and SAL test strips were 0 to 3.2, 0 to 6.4 and 0 to 8.0 μg/L, respectively.The detection limit of CLB, RAC and SAL were up to 0.2,0.4 and 0.5 μg/L, respectively. The cross reaction between CLB,RAC,SAL and other eight similar drugs were negative which demonstrated the good specificity. The added recoveries of each batch were between 60% and 120%,which met the requirements.The coefficients of variation(CV)under different concentrations of CLB,RAC and SAL were less than 15%, which met the precision standard.Besides,the coincidence with instrument method was 100%. The strips was suitable for rapid detection of CLB, RAC and SAL residues in pig urine with the advantages of high sensitivity, good stability and strong specificity.
