动物源食品中β-内酰胺类抗生素残留的检测现状

摘要: β-内酰胺类抗生素常用于畜牧业预防及控制动物感染性疾病。由于使用方法不当或不遵守休药期规定等原因,造成动物源食品中该类抗生素残留超标,给人类健康带来严重危害,因此需严格控制其在动物源食品中的残留。作者就目前常用的β-内酰胺类抗生素兽药残留的检测方法,包括微生物检测法、理化检测法及免疫分析法等作一简单介绍,分析各种方法的利弊,以期为动物源食品中药物残留检测技术的进一步开发提供参考。

Abstract: β-lactam antibiotics has been applicated for prevention and control of animal infection in animal husbandry.The excessive level of such antibiotics caused by its abuse and nonobservance with the withdrawal period,human health has been widely threatened by the antibiotic residual in animal-derived food,so it needed rigidly control the antibiotics residues in animal-derived food.In this paper the current detection methods of β-lactam antibiotic residues have been introduced,including microbial detection,immunological detection,physical and chemical testing,the advantages and disadvantages of each method has been analyzed. The purpose of this paper will provide a valuable reference for the improvement of the antibiotic residue detection technology in animal-derived food.
