摘要/Abstract

摘要： 将双链RNA导入细胞内会引起与其同源的基因的沉默，这种现象称为RNA干扰（RNA interference，RNAi）。作者从RNAi技术的历史、作用机制、应用以及前景4个方面，其中主要就其应用方面的研究作一综述。

Abstract: Putting doublestranded RNA into cell could cause homologous genes silencing.This phenomenon was called RNA interference. In this paper, the history，mechanism of action， application and perspective of RNA interference were summarized. Especially summarized from the application of RNA interference.
