摘要: 喷雾干燥法是缓释微囊常用的制备方法,作者从喷雾干燥法的适用范围、制备工艺进行了深入的分析,以探讨囊材、温度、料液浓度、雾化速度、进料速度、增塑剂和抗黏剂等因素对成功制备缓释微囊的影响。

关键词: 喷雾干燥法; 缓释微囊; 因素

Abstract: Spray drying is commonly used to make sustained-release microcapsules, its application field, preparation process were overviewed. The effects of successfully making sustained-release microcapsules were investigated through the coating material, temperature, concentration of solution, speed of spray, feed rate, plasticizer and antisticking agent.
