摘要: 金属硫蛋白是可以被金属诱导和调节细胞内金属离子平衡的一类细胞内小分子蛋白质。作者主要阐述了金属硫蛋白调节细胞内金属离子平衡的机理和金属诱导硫蛋白合成的基因调控,并简要介绍了其他因素对金属硫蛋白的诱导,从而探讨不同因素对金属硫蛋白生物合成的差异。

Abstract: Metallothionein is a kind of intracellular micromolecule protein which could regulate the balances of intracellular metal ions, and be induced by these ions.The author primarily clarifies the reasons that metallothionein regulate the balances of intracellular metal ions and the metallothionein gene regulation by some irons. Besides this, we also give some introductions about the induction by other factors in order to detect the distinction in biosynthesis of metallothionein by different factors.
