猪传染性胸膜肺炎PCR诊断方法的建立与应用

Development and Application of PCR Assay for Porcine Pleuropneumonia

摘要: 为调查猪传染性胸膜肺炎的流行状况,本试验建立了检测胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(Actinobacillus pleuropneaumoniae, App)的PCR方法。对186份病死猪病变组织及545份无临床症状健康猪鼻拭子进行了App的PCR检测。结果186份病料中App阳性率占43.0%(80/186),545份猪鼻拭子中App阳性占9.4%(51/545)。该PCR方法可作为App临床诊断的重要手段之一。通过调查表明,聊城地区存在猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的隐性感染及流行。

Abstract: To study of porcine pleuropneumonia epidemic status in Liaocheng, a PCR method of detection Actinobacillus pleuropneaumoniae(App)was established. Experimental study on 186 lesion tissue samples of death pigs and 545 nasal swab samples of normal pigs, and the App positive rate were 43.0%(80/186) and 9.4%(51/545) respectively.The PCR method of detection App becomes the main way of clinical diagnosis. The survey indicates the epidemic status and inapparent infection of App were exist in Liaocheng.
