PCR-RFLP技术检测新嘉兴黑猪氟烷基因

Study of Improvement of Conception Rate in Yellow Cattel and Hybrrd Cattel

摘要: 本试验随机抽取嘉兴地区部分猪场新嘉兴黑猪血样,通过PCR-RFLP技术进行氟烷基因检测,结果表明,37头新嘉兴黑猪基因型均为NN,未出现Nn和nn基因型。检测结果为新嘉兴黑猪品种资源保护及合理开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: To 471 oxen, the mixed stud bull carries on enhances the conception rate the experiment. The result indicated that the cow sentiment time conception rate and the total conception rate processes which with LRH-A respectively were 56.69% and 65.93%, and were signficantly higher than control group(24.40% and 49.21%)(P<0.05); The cow sentiment time conception rate and the total conception rate processes which with hCG respectively are 53.33% and 72.72%, and were signficantiy higher than those in the cow of control group(33.69% and 52.54%)(P<0.05).
