摘要: 作为少数几种在精卵质膜结合与融合中发挥重要作用的精子膜表面蛋白之一,受精素β是多种哺乳动物精子均具有的重要物质。它是ADAMs家族的一种融合蛋白,具有ADAMs家族的完整结构域;同时,因其结构域中去整合素区域的结构特点在精卵质膜结合与融合过程中扮演着重要角色,而被认为是一种重要的疫苗靶抗原。

Abstract: As one of a few sperm membrane surface protein involved in sperm-egg binding and fusion, fertilin β is an important material that many mammal sperms all have. It is a sort of fusion protein in the ADAMs families. It has complete structural domain of the ADAMs family; meanwhile, because of its feature in disintegrin construction, it plays an important role in sperm-egg plasmalemma binding and fusion, and it is considered as an important vaccine-barn antigen.
