近交系五指山小型猪心脏的解剖学研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 利用大体解剖学方法对20头不同月龄近交系五指山小型猪心脏的解剖特点进行细致观察并测量，获得了心脏的有关解剖数据。结果表明：2和4月龄近交系五指山小型猪心脏的大体形态、腔室划分和内部结构是相同的，而且与人的基本一致，但心脏的大小和某些解剖学常数与成年人有明显差异，心基部各血管的直径与其它地方猪种和人的相比也有明显不同。本研究通过对心脏的解剖，为近交系五指山小型猪用于比较医学和临床器官移植提供了基础资料。

Abstract: To observe and measure the Cardiac anatomic characteristic of Wuzhishan miniature pig inbredline, twenty individuals with different month-age were anatomized, and obtained the related anatomic parameters. This study showed that the cardiac gross morphology, the chambers division of heart and cardiac internal structure in the 2 and 4 months Wuzhishan miniature pig were the same, and in accord with that of human, but the cardiac size and some anatomic parameters were markedly different from that of adult, the diameter of blood vessel in the cardiac basal part were different from that of other local pig breeds and human. The anatomic study on the heart provided the basic data for the utilization of the Wuzhishan miniature pig inbredline for comparative medicine and clinical xenotransplantation.
