摘要/Abstract

摘要： 细胞受体作为病毒感染机体的门户,其结构以及与病毒的结合方式备受广大科研工作者的关注。细胞受体的研究为阐述病毒的致病机制提供了科学依据和方向。文章系统介绍并比较了研究细胞受体的几种方法,为相关科研工作提供了一定的参考。

Abstract: Binding to the cellular receptor is the first step of the virus' infection. The structure of the receptor and the way of bonding to virus were drew much attention of researchers. The research of cellular receptor offered scientific basis and direction to interpret the pathogenic mechanism of virus. In this paper, several ways of researching the cellular receptor were introduced and campared systematically, to offer certain reference of related research work.
