防御素肽研究进展

摘要: 防御素是近年来发现的一类具有广谱抗微生物活性的阳离子小肽,由38~100个氨基酸残基组成,且分子内富含二硫键,在天然性免疫和获得性免疫中发挥着重要的作用。由于其具有牢固的分子骨架、广泛的分布及生物活性功能,通过研究开发其在药用方面的价值,为人们替代传统抗生素提供了新途径。作者简述了防御素的结构特征与功能、分布、生物学活性、模拟肽的设计及应用前景。

Abstract: Defensins are found in recent years a class of broad-spectrum anti-microbial activity of cationic peptides from 38 to 100 amino acid residues and intramolecular disulfide bond rich in natural immunity and acquired immunity play important role, because of its strong molecular skeleton, a broad distribution and biological activity of the above research and development of its medicinal value, for the people an alternative to traditional antibiotics provides a new way. This paper describes the structural features of defensins and function, distribution, biological activity, peptide analog design and application.
