贵州省猪传染性胃肠炎及呼吸冠状病毒病血清学调查

Abstract

Abstract: A total of 2906 swine serum samples representing 88 countries from Guizhou province were tested during 2008 to 2009 in laboratory to detect transmissible gastroenteritis virus（TGEV） and porcine respiratory coronavirus（PRCV） antibodies using a commercial blocking ELISA system to distinguish TGEV from PRCV antibodies.12 samples （0.41% total）were TGEV seropositive, 44 samples（1.51% total） were PRCV antibody positive. 2818 samples（96.97% total） were TGEV and PRCV seronegative and the other 32 of the 2906 serum samples（1.10% total） were tested invalid or inconclusive.
