Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study the distribution of β-conglycinin in gastro-intestinal tissue of piglets. Twenty 28-day-old crossbred healthy male Durck×Lndrace×Yorkshire piglets with the same parental breed，birth and similar weigh were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 2 replicates per group and 5 piglets per replicate.The control group was fed with the basal diet without β-conglycinin，the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 4% β-conglycinin.The trial lasted for 5 days.The results showed that the highest content of β-conglycinin was found in posterior of jejunum，the lowest content was in stomach and small intestines forepart，the content of β-conglycinin in stomach and duodenum mucosa was significantly higher than that in gastro-intestinal （P＜0.05）.
