羊源O78型大肠杆菌的分离及16S rDNA序列分析

Abstract

Abstract: A strain pathogenic bacterium was separated from the tissues of died Wadi sheep，the results of culture characteristics, biochemical identification, serotype test, susceptibility test and animal pathogenic experiment showed that it was the pathogenic Eseheriehia coli，and its serotype was O78.16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that its homology with Eseheriehia coli was up to 100%.
