The Advance of Probiotics and its Characteristics

Abstract:

Abstract: Probiotics is an organic and healthy additives to apply in food and feed,there are a lot of interesting for probiotics,and it was studied extensively. We could know from the recent study that the healthy characteristics was revealed gradually. The writer reviewed some published datas in public,summarized simply the quality of probiotics,such as the suppressed to some bowel inflammation,absorbed to nutrients,degraded the cholesterol,restrained to colon cancer and species- specificity in application. At the same time,analysed briefly the development in the future.
