Roles of CDK2 and P53 in Centrosome Duplication Regulation

Abstract: Centrosome is an important organelle. The author introduced the functions of the centrosome， the roles of CDK2, P53 and its related factors in the centrosome duplication regulation. CDK2 and P53 is the key and necessary factors in the centrosome duplication regulation. Research of IVF embryo and cloned embryo using the relation of the centrosome abnormality and embryonic development, will provide the theory bases.
