Abstract: A high performance capillaty electrophoresis (HPCE) method has been established for the separation of tetracycline1, oxytetracycline and doxycycline in fowl feeds and premix. Separation was carried out in a 64.5 cm×75 μm I.D. fused-silica uncoated capillary in 40 mmol/L Na2HPO4-20 mmol/L Citric acid buffer (pH 2.6) with 30 kV. The linear of the melamine was 1 mg/kg to 80 mg/kg, and correlation index was higher than 0.994. Limit of quantitations of feeds and premix were 2 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries were higher than 80% in the spiked range from the concentration of 2 mg/kg to 80 mg/kg, and RSDs were lower than 10%. 
