摘要: 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长度为18~24 nt的非编码RNA,以序列特异性方式调控着基因表达。猪作为重要的肉品动物,其各方面的基因调控已日益引起人们关注,其中小RNA 因在动物生长过程中起着重要的调节作用而在近年来逐渐成为研究的热潮。目前已报道的猪miRNA仅有78个。作者对已报道的猪miRNA的研究进展特别是与肌肉和脂肪相关的miRNA进行了综述。

Abstract: miRNA is a class of non-coding small RNA about 18 to 24 nt in length,which regulates the expression of message RNA specifically. As pork has been one of the most important commodity,people pay more attention to the regulation of porcine development and meat quality,especially the recent developed miRNA. So far,only 78 porcine miRNA has been reported,the overview was composed according to the those reported miRNA,especially the muscle and fat relative ones.
