A 2×7 factorial experiment was used to study the effects of animal (cockerel and drake) and removal period of digesta (4、8、14、24、32、38、48 h) on the residual amount of dry matter in digestive tract. The results indicated that the empting chyme in different part of the drake digestive tract were faster than that of cockerel. When removal period was 48h, there were more dry matters in drake digestive tract. Therefore, the collection time for cockerel was 32 and for drake was 24 h. 

One thousand 1-day-old yellow-feathered chicken were divided into 5 groups (control group, antibiotics group, 0.3% Spice Chinese Additives (CHA) group, 0.4% CHA groups, 0.3% CHA+ Active Feed Dry Yeast). The results showed that 0.3% CHA could increase body weight, decrease feed conversion, and improve muscle performance of maintaining water. By taster judgement of some experts, total grade of the chick meat including tenderness, falvor, succulence and soup taste was the best, its net profit was the highest, 4.218RMB per chick.

Pancreatic polypeptie is a kind of hormone. It secreted from pancreatic polypeptie cell of animal’s pancreas, and it’s molecular weight is 4.2 kD, and it is made of 36 amino acids.To study avian pancreatic polypeptie’s function , crude avian pancreatic polypeptie was acquired by the way of calcium phosphate adsorption. Then it was purified with sephadexG50 and tested by SDSPAGE. Afterward, the test on animal is done. 182 broilers were randomly grouped into 7 groups and each group is 26. Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ test group were feed with crude APP by 25,50,75,100 ml/group a day. Ⅴ,Ⅵ test group were injected hypodermically crude APP by 14,28 μg/ml a week. Ⅶ test group was control group. Four broilers of each group were killed at 14,28 and 42 days respectively and the swatch were acquired. Then examine the concentrations of TP, RBC, LDH, CK, GOT, GPT, ATP, T3, and T4 in blood plasma or in liver. Analyzing the data by SPSS software showed that crude APP can accelerate broiler’s growth; ameliorate the feed/gain ratio; advance broiler's metabolization and immunity; enhance the feedback while meet an emergency.

In order to understand the effect of Diludin on the growth of growing-pigs and the mechanism of promoting growth, we carried out the trail by 21 growing pigs(25 kg) which were selected and devided into three groups. Diludin with different concentrations (0 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg)were added in each group’s feed. The result showed that Diludin in 20 mg/kg group could promote the growth of growing pigs in prothase of experiment. But Diludin could not promoted the growth in amaphase. The concentration of T3, T4, GH and Insuline had the increase tendency only in prophase. The Diludin in 10mg/kg group could not promote the growth of growing pigs.

Six hundred healthy Avian broilers of one day old were randomly divided into three groups, each included four replicates of fifty birds. The control were supplemented with 0 mg/kg aureomycin and 380mg/kg aureomycin,respectively, trial group were supplemented with 500 mg/kg SOPIS(abbr. of soybean oligosaccharides,peptides,isoflavones and saponins).The result of feeding trial indicated that,compared with control group with 0 mg/kg aureomycin and 380 mg/kg aureomycin, adding 500 mg/kg SOPIS improved daily gain by 17.42%(P<0.05)、0.92%(P>0.05),respectively; Feed/gain decreased by 6.06%(P<0.05)、1.06%(P>0.05), respectively.The result obtained from this study indicated that SOPIS could completely substitute antibiotics feed additive in broiler diet.

Twenty four little-tail sheeps weighing approximately 20.5 kg each ,were used in a 2×2 factorial design experiment to determine the effect of urease inhibitor and roughage diets on growth performance and internal organ in fattening sheep. The four rations containing corn stalk or alfalfa with corn stalk as roughage diets with or without urease inhibitor were fed in feeding trial. The result showed: ①Adding the urease inhibitor or alfalfa to diets can increase the average daily gain of fattening sheep, the sheeps fed the ration containing alfalfa with corn stalk has higher average daily gain than the sheeps fed corn stalk . ②The roughage diets and urease inhibitor both have no effect on internal organ of fateening sheeps. ③Adding the alfalfa to the diets can increase the income of farmer more than urease inhibitor.

Fat content and composition of milk can be markedly affected by diet. Conjugated linoleic acids(CLA) are functional food components of milk fat that may have positive effects on human health and disease prevention. CLA is formed in the rumen by anaerobic bacteria as an intermediate in the biolydrogenation of linoleic acid, while the major source of milk CLA was of endogenous origin through Δ9 desaturase from trans11 C18∶1 in the mammary gland. A number of studies have shown that the differences among diets, individual animals and Δ9 desaturase in mammary gland are the key factors which affecting milk CLA synthesis. The following part will give a brief viewpoint related to Factors affecting trans 11 vaccenic acid and CLA synthesis of milk fat.

Plasma copper concentration and ceruloplasmin(CP) activity of 11 lactating dairy cows from a farm were detected in Daqing, and a correlation of both parameters was analyzed, before and after addition of copper preparation to diet. Results shown that before addition of copper preparation, ratio of dairy cows with plasma Cu level below 11.1 μmol/L were 54.54%, and activity of plasma CP was lower than normal level, but correlation of both is better positive(R2=0.53). After addition of copper preparation, both were increased(P<0.01), plasma copper concentration were in normal range, but correlation of both is lower positive(R2=0.12). Conclusion obtained that hypocupremia existed in this dairy farm, the activity of plasma CP may be a detecting index of hypocupremia.

Bispecific monoclonal antibodies have drawn considerable attention from the research community due to their unique structure against two different antigens. The two-arm structure of BsMAb allows researchers to place a therapeutic agent on one arm while allowing the other to specifically target the disease site.The therapeutic agent can be a drug, toxin, enzyme, DNA, radionuclide, etc. Furthermore,bsMAb may redirect the cytotoxicity of immune effector cells toward the diseased cell or induce a systemic immune response against the target. This review focuses on therapeutic applications and production of bsMAb while providing the up-to-date clinical trial information.

In order to discuss the application feasibility of SSCP polymorphism in mtDNA polymorphism,15 cattle breeds of 523 were selected . Then basis of the SSCP polymorphism we selected individuals to sequence. The result of D-loop sequence SSCP didn't accord with the sequencing, however the result of 12S rRNA corresponded to SSCP polymorphism and sequencing. These show that the SSCP polymorphism don't adapt to quick variation sequences and can get good effect in slowly variation sequences.

The homozygotes of 13/17 Robertsonian translocation swine [2n=36,XY or XX,rob(13;17)] metaphase spreads were prepared from 3d culture of ConA-stimulated peripheral blood lymphocytes.The single 13/17 Robertsonian translocation chromosome was microdissected,and then amplified by the Linkeradaptor polymerase chain reaction (LA-PCR).After two rounds of PCR amplification ,smear DNA fragments ranging from 200~2800 bp were acquired. Microsatellite analyses (SWR1941 and SWR1120)and Southern Bloting confirmed that the LA-PCR production came from 13/17 Robertsonian translocation chromosome.The research will be useful for intensive molecular linkage map construction of chromosome 13 and 17, and the isolation of important genes located on chromosome 13 and 17.

Twenty-five blood biochemistry parameters of three Chinese miniature pig breeds, Wuzhishan pig inbreeding line, Guizhou miniature pig closed colony and Guangxi Bama miniature pig closed colony, have been investigated with the automatic biochemical analytic instrument. The results showed that there were only one parameters without significant difference among three breeds, seven parameters were highly significant difference between any two breeds. The average coefficients of variation in all parameters were0.18, 0.21 and 0.17 for these three pig breeds respectively. Through out the comparison among three pig breeds and between them and the human reference value, Gttingen minipig, domestic pig and exotic Landrace pig, the important information were provided for the miniature pig utilized on the human medical study.

Taken the young meat chicken of high pathogenicity with prescriptions1,2 and 3, meanwhile immuning with ND IV,then determinating the level of HI on day 9,20,28,35,40,45.Prescriptions3 could pair the immune body 1.2 titers (log2) on day 7~45, make the uniformity of immune body , lengthen the effective immune body 14~18 days; enhanced leaves the pen body weight 9.5%;enhanced survival rate 3.4%; the material anharmonic ratio reduces 9.0%;the law pouch index and the spleen index in 9th the age and on 45th the age measured all extremely remarkably was higher than the control (P<0.01);the index of the chest gland on 45th was remakable(P<0.01);the rate of EAC was extremely remarkably (P<0.01);the gender rate of ANAE was dominotaly(P<0.01);the rate of C3b was remarkably enhanced and the rate of IC was lower on the 9th and 45th(P<0.01).The prescription of Radix Astragali could remarkably enhance the organism immunity function of the young meat chicken.

To research effect of admixture of cordyceps culture medium of different percentage on main organ weight and organ coefficients in SPF Wistar rat. We measured body weight, weight of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, adrenal gland, testicle, ovary and stomach of Wistar rat in each group by electronic scale, and computed their organ coefficients. Results: It do not exist significant difference for body weight of Wistar rat of same sexes among different groups; Organ weight of heart, lung and testicle of males and lung of females in Wistar rat of lowpercentage group are higher remarkably than control group’s and highpercentage group’s; Organ coefficient of of heart, lung, kidney and testicle of males and heart, liver, lung, kidney and stomach of females in Wistar rat of lowpercentage group are higher remarkly than control group’s and highpercentage group’s; Weight and its coefficient of adrenal gland of males of low & highpercentage group and it of female in Wistar rat are notably lower than control group’s. Conclusion: premix of Cordyceps culture medium of suitable percentage can use for basic feed of laboratory animal in rodents, but it is await for farther experimental research whether or not is fit for other animal. 

Many scientists have abstracted the tumor necrosis factor(TNF) from the mammals and avians, and studied its physiological, chemical properties and biological activity at different level, since the first abstraction of the TNF from the animal in 1975. But until now, there are no records of the incressiong and decreasing of TNF and the correlation between the inclusion body hepatitis virus-induced TNF and IBH.The paper was about using chicken inclusion body hepatitis virus to infect SPF chicken and abstract the TNF from the blood and different age and study its immue activity(killing rate to the L929 cells).We furthermore studied the increasing and decressing of TNF and the correlation between the TNF and virus.The chicken inclusion body hepatitis virus could induce SPF chicken to synthesize TNF with the infection by mouth.Moreover the TNF activities at different age show decreasing and increasing which verity that virus are closely related to the synthesis and activity of TNF.

120 day-old geese were divided into four groups at random. The first group were fed with Zn-unsupplemented corn-soybean meal basal diet (group A) and the other three groups were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 40 mg/kg(group B),110 mg/kg(group C) and 2000 mg/kg(group D) Zn as reagent grade ZnSO4·H2O,respectively. FACS was used to investigate the effect of zinc on the cell cycle and apoptosis. It was the first time to reveal that the proliferative index and the content of DNA of blood,thymus,spleen with 110 mg/kg zinc were the highest in the four group. The apoptosis of the blood lymphocytes could be induced obviously by low and high doses of zinc preparation. 

Glycomics is another important branch of biological research after genomics and proteomics. Carbohydrates play important roles and have many different functions in humans. Rapid development of glycomics helps for better understanding glycoprotein, glycosylation procedure and roles that play during the life time and activities. The article describes isolation and identification methods ofβ-glucans and reviews on research progress in terms of important phyological functions of β-glucans. It is demonstrated that β-glucans has anti-tumor and anti-cancer activities; anti-infections (anti-viral, anti-fungi and anti-bacterial activities) and disease resistance enhancement; capability of immuno-enhancement and anti-radiation and thus it can be effective oral immuno-stimulators; cleaning free radicals and anti-oxidation function; promoting excretion of intestinal toxic contents as dietary fiber; effective adsorption of mycotoxins in animal diets. In addition, it can reduce serum cholesterol contents, and thus prevention animal artery thrombus formation and cardiovascular diseases. 
